Richard (Rick)'s Story
After high school, I went into the Army and spent 13 1/2 years on active duty as a military paralegal. My military service took me to Germany, Korea, Washington, DC, lower Alabama, and finally Maryland.
I met my first wife in Germany and was married in 1991. She was in the Army as well and now she and my oldest son live in California.

I left active duty in 2001 and worked as a civilian paralegal for the Army until I finished my Bachelor's degree in legal studies in 2004 (I was on the 16 year plan). After finishing my degree I immediately left the legal field and took a position as an intelligence specialist for the Army.
I am currently about halfway done with my Master's degree in Homeland Security Management and joke that upon completion, I will go into sales.
